Delivery Information.

Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Our delivery hours are:

10am - 6pm Monday - Friday

9am - 4 pm Saturday & Sunday

Deliveries are made in a 90 minute window - your order may be delivered in the 90 minutes leading up to, but no later than, your requested delivery time. We'll be in touch before we deliver to confirm the time and any delivery details or instructions we may need.

We do not make deliveries on Public Holidays or any dates where the sale or supply of alcohol is prohibited, so deliveries for events on these days can be made the day before.

Orders are processed, packaged and distributed from our warehouse and delivered by Bad Rabbit (Folio Ltd) distribution staff.

Deliveries to locations within 25km of Auckland CBD are included. For delivery to locations beyond this radius you will be quoted a delivery fee.

Our pre-chilling service includes refrigerating the appropriate items of your order overnight before being delivered to you. Orders may or may not be delivered in a refrigerated vehicle, so drinks may not be chilled enough for immediate consumption. However pre-chilling does drastically reduce the amount of time required.

The person receiving your order must be 18 years or over and ID will be requested if under 25. Alcohol cannot be received by anyone under the age of 18. In this case your order will be returned to our warehouse where it will be available for collection at a time to be confirmed. A re-delivery may be possible however a delivery fee will apply depending on delivery address and time.

Sorry, we do not currently allow pickups or collections from our warehouse.
